  1. Hi, thanks for the suggestion! Yes, I’ve checked my spam/junk folders both in my email client and directly via my mail provider’s web interface — nothing there. I also logged into the Eagle Dynamics website and checked the support section under “My Tickets.” The tickets still show no replies from support — just the original submissions and edits I made. So unfortunately it really does look like I’ve received no response so far. That’s why I came here — hoping someone from the team might notice. Thanks again for taking the time to reply!
  2. Hi, I'm writing here as a last resort. I’ve lost access to my DCS account and I can no longer recover it (I don’t remember the email or password, and the account may have been compromised). I submitted a support ticket on April 29, followed up on May 3, opened a second ticket on May 7, and sent an email to support@digitalcombatsimulator.com. As of today (May 18), I still haven’t received any response. I have valid proof of purchase through PayPal and I'm happy to provide all details privately. I just need help recovering my account and accessing the modules I paid for. Can someone from the Eagle Dynamics team please look into this? I would really appreciate any help. Thanks.
