Just adding in case it's not a global issue. On the store page where it typically sates bought, It states, "Not available" but also says "You already have a license for this product". I had been playing without updating yesterday and didn't see the issue. Marianas showed as available for install after I updated this morning. Not 100% certain it was gone but I didn't see any files requiring updates, only the version update.
