All that "black cone" is the Doppler Radar. The other doom you see on some other models is FLIR (forward looking infrared). On some of the older PaveHawks the Doppler is off to the left side in fromt of the copilot. But there was a mod being done when I got out to move it to the middle like on the L/K models because it was blocking part of the FLIR view. And unless Doppler Radar is being implemented it's just eye candy.

I'm sure they will be. I'm just not to happy with the way this has played out. ( not just talking about me) I'll give ED there due the game rocks. But this whole download/pay-pal thing is a nice big black eye for them. Can only hope they learn from the mistakes.
