Same thing is happening to me. I’m using rtx 4070ti super with trackir. I rolled back the driver to one I know I didn’t have the issue - 566.36 This now showing the issue. No settings have changed since I originally installed 566.36 back in Dec 24. It only happens with the visor down in the F/A18.
