Same happens to me. I am looking at the mission editor. The second hawg has the same callsign as the player, but won't let me change it. Anyone know what the bort# is? Got rid of the C-17 and still wouldn't clear me to taxi. Must be something with my wingman having same callsign as me. Can't change his callsign in the editor either.
