thanx guys, nice support here. I will try it as soon as I have reinstalled the game. Have deinstalled it because I want to remove win-xp and install win7.

[Deactivation of DCS Blackshark]

one more question.

As I want to remove win-xp from my system and install win7, I also removed all my games. To deactivate DCS Blackshark I did as described in the manual and then deinstalled it. It says in the manual: "write down your deactivation code, you need it to reactivate the game".

Unfortunately there was no deactivation code shown or it went so fast that I didnt see it.

Anyway, I dont have this deactivation code now and the game is deinstalled.

Is this going to cause problems when reinstalling DCS Blackshark on the new system?

If so, what can I do?

I am new to this forum and new with DCS Blackshark.

Though not new to helisims. My last helisim I played was Longbow2 from Janes Combat Simulations 13 years ago.

 

Maybe my question was already answered somewhere else on this forum, I tried to find something but did not find what I was looking for, so here my 1. question (many more may come) concerning DCS Blackshark.

 

When I have in full real mode activated either the inner or the outer underwing hardpoint, I can shoot rockets but the gun doesent work. When I push the "C" key on the keyboard which is by default designated as: "activate cannon", it still does not work.

If I do not activate the weapons on the hardpoints, I can use the canon but as soon as one of the hardpoints is activated, I cant use the cannon anymore no matter what key I press. Tried to find answer in the manual, but havent found it so far. How can I deactivate the hardpoints and reactivate cannon again or rather switch between them, "D" which is designated by default as switching between weapons also does not activate any?
