After a lot of searching I have fixed my error code 3 problem. Using get right after 5 downloads I was able to finish the download to 282meg. Then to fix the error code 3 I did a google search and found out that my computer was missing some files which will cause an error code 3. I installed a small program called xml4.0sp1 which installed the required files and now lock on is finally working! :)

I have paid for 1.1 but am unable to download it correctly. I have followed the information provided for error code 3. My download stops before 282meg but states download complete. Then gives an eror code 3 when I launch it. I have tried downloading it several times, with and without download programs (reget, getright), firewalls, anti virus software on/off. Nothing seems to work. I am about to give up. Any help would be great.
