And yet I get a 403 error.  I have logged a ticket.

So it was an issue with my 2.5 install.

deleted everything and re installed.

 

Now I get the same FPS across both versions

On DCS world 2.5 I get a stable ish 40-50 FPS with everything maxed out.

On DCS 2.7 that more than doubles I get around 100-120 fps!!!

I have no idea why, when it seems everyone else has lost FPS in the 2.7 update.

 

Anyone else experiencing such gains in FPS?

Has anyone else had random system failures ?

 

I just flew one of the first campaign missions, when 10 mins after take off. my left MFD just went off. couldn't get it to load back up so the whole mission was kinda buggered :joystick:

 

anyone else had something similar ???

Hi, i just received my x52 system. but am having major problems getting it all to work. the throttle will not work with the engines and most of the buttons are not mapped. i have tried a few profiles from people like strongharm. but it sill doesn't seem to map any of the buttons correctly.

[Training mission problems]

Hey, I have been working my way through the training missions. And i have to say I think they are very poor. I managed the start up, take off, manoeuvres, and landing all fine. But i keep having problems with the systems. the main issues are that. while following the instructor, sometimes he says to set a switch which i think i do ok. but it doesn't seem to register. and then the txt telling me what to do disappears. then leaving me with no clue if i did everything right.

Is there any way to bring the last instruction back up ? or to cycle through them ? because then nothing happens as the game waits for me to press a button or something. so then i have to quit out and start again. sitting through him ramble on about all the weapons and blah blah.

 

and also would be possible to look at the controls options in game ?

its a pain having to quit to main menu, check what key does what then back into the game.

 

I am loving the A-10 so much, but i really thing the training lessons could be better. Especially how most people get there head round the game from them.
