  1. I did not know where to post this topic so posted here. Can be moved if needed. is there any documentation available that tells you how to add extra parking spots and how to slightly move existing parking spots for aircraft?
  2. With very little to lose and possibly a whole lot to gain, I will try the Joyrange setting. Thanks
  3. I agree that practice is the key, but the stick I have (Logitek ATTACK3) is really sensitive, thus I am messing with the curve. This stick is probably about the lowest in quality on the market but is what I have. I have ordered in a Thrustmaster T16000m which is atleast a HAL effect stick and probably much better resolution.
  4. What you are referring to as "trimming out" may not be what I am doing. When airborne, I usually trim with just a bit of down trim - only a few degrees. I would rather pull a bit to make corrections than push. I find it impossible to trim straight and level.
  5. First, I apologize if this has been asked before, but I am concerned about my framerates in LOFC2 Multiplayer. I am using the VSB ct113 Tutor Mod. Here is my system specs: Processor1 Intel® Core™i7 processor (up to 1333 MHz FSB) 920@ 2.67 GHz Chipset Intel® X58 Express Chipset Memory1 Up to 12 GB of DDR3 1066 MHz SDRAM (triple-channel support on six DIMMs) - I have 12GB Installed Hard Drive1 Serial ATA hard disk up to 1 TB Graphics Discrete card support for high-end NVIDIA® and ATI™ graphics cards - I have Nvidia GeForce GTX260 with 270.61 driver installed Microsoft® DirectX® 10 support - installed PCI Express® 2.0 x16 graphics card support Embedded high-definition audio with 7.1-channel surround sound support Add-In Card Slots Two PCI Express 2.0 ×16 One PCI Express 2.0 ×4 One PCI Express 2.0 ×1 Power Supply 750 or 1000 watt BIOS AMI PnP BIOS compatible with SMBIOS 2.6 HP L2445 24" LCD monitor I have the graphics cranked down, water texture minimum and I cannot achieve any more than 26FPS no matter what I do. Doesn't matter if I am looking at the ground, sky or if I am at 15K + feet or at 2 feet. I have also resorted to a few tweaks to the .cfg file found on the internet. Most of the other pilots that I fly with are enjoying framerates of 80+. Surely this system of mine is capable of better framerates. Any help appreciated
  6. I am interested in hearing from someone who knows if it is possible to add a cockpit light on the panel of an aircraft. The VSB group uses the A-10 with a cockpit and skin mod that changes the A-10 appearance to the CT-114 Tutor. This is LOFC2. There is an announciater panel in the cockpit that already shows gear and flaps indications. I would like to add a Smoke On light to indicate when the smoke system is turned on. Smoke is now turned on via a button on the joystick which emulates the "T" button on the keyboard. This should also cause the light to come on.
  7. In Multiplayer, I am flying with an aerobatic team in LOFC2. Our mod "Converts" the A-10 to a CT-114 Tutor. WHile flying formation, I am having trouble with stick sensitivities - especially pitch. this makes it extremely difficult to maintain good station keeping because little stick input seems to cause a lot of pitch. I have played with curves/deadzones and present curve is 33 with a deadzone of 5. I was told the the A-10 seems to have a "Sweetspot" for a curve of 33. I have tried curves as high as 47 and as low as 30 but there seems to be little difference. By the way - my stick is a Logistec Attack3. No, its not expensive and of course uses potentioneters. Can this be the issue? Is there anything else in the LOFC2 setup area that could be wrong. Any help/suggestions appreciated.
