are you with IInet?....

So as per a previous thread, my ISP IInet in Australia has somehow blocked access to Login to DCS and even go onto the Website.... I have spent hours on the phone trying to get them to fix this, but keep coming up with it's not their end. What do they need to check??? is it just the port 10308? or something else. I know they are the problem as all my friends on IInet have the same issue. And I can connect though a VPN.... any hints?
