Delta Tango 27

I'm unable to get the programme to run. Constatly getting screen that states Error [string.\"missioneditor\module me_mission.lua"]4774:can't open. Sometimes I get to the main screens to select any of the quick missions etc but nothing after. I'm not that technicaly minded windows 7 64 bit and 32 bit (as I understand it). Tried running both systems but nothing. Any help would be appreciated.
