  1. Yes i know a 1000 Watt PSU is probably over the top but i have plans to eventually upgrade everything in the box as well, just my personal choice etc etc. Display port adapters will work fine, just an additional cost for the extra parts etc, the general idea being if i myself were going to grab a setup like that in the video i'd prefer it to be newer equipment is all. Haven't had the chance this week to contact my mate yet but i'm sure the file had a setting for FOV (only %98 sure about that tho). The only other thing i can tell you is where the monitors are placed next to each other once you get into the game and start playing you don't seem to notice the fact that it's actually on x3 monitors (probably my brain Blotting out the black lines). Other thing i did notice tho, but nothing major during game play... if you notice when you watch the video clip... the far right + far left parts of the picture look more of a streching going on but while you actually play you don't really notice it to be honest. The box in the video was also setup with a raid setup of hard drives too to ensure faster performance but thats just a minor thing i guess. Personally i'd love that particular PC but thats probably because i've seen what it can do as far as gaming goes... alot of cash in there ;)
  2. My first post so bare with me... I'm 'Steve', the person in that video and spotted the question your asking, hopfully i can help a bit here. I've decided to make the move into eyefinity myself (thats a friends setup i was using). 1st thing i've been told, make sure the monitors have the Display Port adapters, apparently these are the ones to be using when you have multi monitors running. You can get adapters as well (if needed) but better to use the normal setup type thing. The card used for that video was an ATI 6970 as far as i'm aware. Thinking i could start by grabbing the GFX card, then the monitors etc stopped me in my tracks... always an upgrade to do 1st  To do this i'm going to have to upgrade my power supply to something around 1000 Watts (it helps power the card and everything else in the box), i've looked into monitors which have the Display Port connections and they seem to be running at around the 200 pounds (UK prices) each. Then the next part would be the card which runs for about 200 - 250 quid. All in all i'd be looking at approx 700 pounds worth of extras to have my own x3 monitor setup. The only thing i can recall about that setup of my friends was i recall him mention maybe a FOV (Field Of View) setting in a file somewhere. I'll see if i can get him to look at your post though, he might be able to help you more.
