Hi, after i made a test with some agm84E and datalink pod, when came back on carrier and reset loadout to a SEAD one, the datalink pod it's available and working, and able to connect to missiles launched from the same aircraft.
i will post a video later when finished uploading to youtube

yes, not working in my case... Can't see "launch on cat xxx" on the top of screen. just able to do it without any indication

i think that something in the lines of the f-15 su-27 free weekend would be a great step towards the people that can only stay at home... in my dreams would be like, for each country affected by coronavirus, ONE free airframe of your choice, free for a month/two

same issue, I found out it was TrackIR software stuck.
Check all the extra programs you use and kill them one by one after launching the dcs_updater and when you kill the right program, you will see your dcs launching

Can someone please help me with a Key Bind/Profile issue please. Example: F86 Sim, I set up my key binds for my X56 HOTAS and Thrustmaster Pedals, latest drivers, etc. Everything works fine in "Training" missions. However, when trying any other Mission Type or Campaign my Bindings/Profile goes haywire. My "Zoom" axis works fine in Training but in Missions it controls my rudders. My rudders in Training work fine, but in any other Mission Type it controls my throttle. I've done the correct "Save Profile" method, loaded, etc. When "Adjusting Controls" in a Non-Training Mission, all responses show them working correctly. But re-entering the Non-Training Mission the controls are still haywire. Any help would be appreciated. This only appears to be a problem with "high fidelity" module aircraft; "low fidelity" module aircraft work fine. Have I missed something simple in the "Settings" tab(s)? Thank you in advance
There are two separate sets for SIM and ARCADE, have you checked that? also be sure to set in the general options your required style of play, arcade or sim.

same here... could be related to the probe's light propagation? in my rig is simply veryfiable by free flighting into the inst action refuellin for f-18 in caucasus, and when i raise the refuel probe, it starts flickering.

same problem.. for what i've seen (and i feel a lot better the old way), keeping the trim pressed for a while releases the AP so you don't "fight it", and then when it's stabilised, i release it, and so AP continues guidance towards those channels i have engaged. Your trim is falsed by the action of the AP in your stick, so for example if you have altitude on, the aircraft will add power when it goes under the altitude brake, and release it when you reach it. this makes your nose go up and down, when you click and release the trim, Altitude AP is released so aircraft will pitch up or down, and when you re release the trim, all the channels will continue to force on you.
Not exactly sure if this is correct or not. but I hope i make sense.
use AP FD or simply trim it in small steps until you reach desired speed/altitude. trimming once in a while makes that thing a lot worse.

Hello, probably this is something related to the OpenBeta releases, but I'm able to move static objects while in the mission editor,
First recognised this into the "justice" mission.
Anyway, just reporting, not a complaint. Keep up the good work.

I love this!
I want to give my positive feedback to this campaign:
1-it got me a better helo user, i really learnt how to use proficiently the mi-8 and used the ka-50 at the top of my expertise (8 years almost)
2- it's very immersive and the gameplay puts you in a "palpable" stress.ù
3- the music, MAN the music. it's sooooo good. Only thing to say, there are some volume-problems where sometimes the voices are way too low compared to the music (and yes I checked everything and put the levels as the campaign tells me, there is to say I'm playing it on the Open beta so it could be my fault
4- I really like the "russian" feeling that it gives me: sometimes I really feel to be in between russians, and makes me thing to "feel" like one of them.
I'm still into it, but you made a man happy. very good work. Happy to have spent money on this:
A request: who is the band who made the soundtrack? i look for them but no result. I'd like to support them.

Tried to update dx and everything. someone can direct me to the autoexec.cfg syntax infos? i just think it's graphics settings related, but i can't get into the software to set it. Thanks

Lua from BS1 is not compatible with BS2, and if you first overwrote it and then deleted, anything can happen.
I would recommend a re-install, or try the following:
C:\Users\XXXX\Saved Games\DCS Blackshark 2\Config\Input
Make a backup of the contents here, then delete them.
then start the game again and it will hopefully re-create defaults properly.

dampening auto disengage
just a thing to add, when you fly under 4mt with the hover mode on, you will have to disengage hover mode before re engaging the dampeners switches, if not, they will not be able to function.

Got the same problem, old system and 32 bit, 3gigs ram, bought bs2 the day when it came out and never saw a multiplayer session.. Crasg crash crash.. Hope new machine will come soon.. I can't even think to live without newer version!! Did the 3gig trick.

I cant seam to get the colective to work with my X65F. BS1 maps it to "X-Axis" BS2 maps it to "Slider 1"
Ive tried both slider1 and x-axis with the x65f throtle linked and unlinked.
Cant seam to get it to control the colective. never had a problem with BS1
Any help would be apretiated.
Same problem on cheaper t flight stick x. First step i've done when installing it was loading my joystick settings from bs1. Maybe files are not compatible? And i've also noticed that in game mode default collective is z axis not slider 1

nice idea, if any of devolopers could help us, it will be a nice advance in control-surface utilization (like launch pad from ableton live) and could be very useful in assigning customs commands or virtual economic pits

Question... i have a soft target mission where i'll surely need to have as much as possible upk shots, and it's made by night, one of my tasks will be to provide illumination to my wingmen and to me.
Wanted Loadout Situation: External Pylon 1 = upk Internal pylon 2 = upk Internal Pylon 3 = 8s om External pylon 4 = upk.
How can I switch into the internal pylon from upk to illumination flares? the weapon control only allows me to fire upk's until finished.. there's a way to do this??
