Highly doubt you'll find a photo to your criteria. In the front seat of a Hawk, you can lick the HUD with your helmet pressed back against the headrest. No room for a camera and the FOV wouldn't capture the panel anyway.

Semantics, but for interests sake the C actually stands for "cruiser" and the origin of using V for heavier-than-air craft is from the Latin word Volo (to fly). In effect CVN stands for Cruiser, Aviation, Nuclear.
