Try to disable you'er antivirus program before the install of DCS World, and see if you can get "the world" to work before you install the A-10C module. I did have some trouble installing DCS World, but disable my NOD32 under the installation did the trick for me. And do the same with MS C++ redistributable for X86 and X64.
