I'm gonna go way out on a limb and suggest that Yellonet, Dali, and Empeck were saying that historically/chronologically the Hind was the more accurate counter-part to the Apache. There we both in use during the same time frame.....right?
Besides, I agree with them and add by saying the Hind deserves a shot to be included...at least at some point, maybe a distant point, but still.

There's a good 3D modeler out called Anim8tor. It's free and it's fairly flexible.

I wouldn't know whose control it is in; but you can certainly voice your opinion as to what you would like to see after the Ka-50, AH-64 and A-10A are out.
An Mi-24? At least at some point down the road.
(By then I should have my Game/Simulation degree and could help out...if you're looking for someone)

This might be a good place to ask this. There was a piece on History chan or something back a few years ago where the guy was talking about a 14 yr old kid taking on a Hind in the Soviet-Afgan war I've been trying to figure out the episode name. If anyone remembers the one let me know.

Just out of curiosity, how do you guys feel about the rudder rocker switch? on the Saitek as opposed to actual pedals...does it really make that much of a difference in the feel or control?
since Aeroscout was on the subject anyway

After that, a very highly detailed F-16 and possibly MiG-29 sim.
Any chance that these new additions will be multiplayer compatible?
i.e. Lock On, FC, BS, and Tank killers etc all playable in one online session (assuming everyone has the same programs/versions, etc)

Thanks going to Glowing Amraam as well...just noticed the 80% on the new movie :D Thinking about making that go for your subsequent releases? If so, I like the idea of a running progress report:D

I used the Tech Combine object and changed the location to inside a little square of buildings (to up the Collateral Damage difficulty :D ) but it works now.
(Now I'm just wondering if the edited mission save will stick after a campaign reset)

In the SU-25 Campaign, I'm on mission #4 (Power Plant Strike). The problem I'm having is that there's only an empty lot to the target area. There Is a Static object for the target, a Workhouse-A I think it is. But, it doesn't register as destroyed, nor is is displayed. I tried editing the mission but that didn't seem to have any effect.
In short.....
HELP!

As long as I can fly the Mi-24 Hind before the Mayan doomsday prophecy is supposed to come about in 2012..... I"ll be happy
