I am having an ILS problem but the KHz knowb does not turn. The MHz knob turns and changes the frequency correctly but when i try to turn the other knob it can only turn the volume which is just underneath the knob. I cannot seem to actually select the upper knob to change the decimal number of the frequency. Nobody else seems to be having this problem.
