  1. OK, now I am a bit embarrassed. I just tried it again an it worked. Next time I try to replicate an error twice before I post it. Thanks anyway. Regards.
  2. Hi there, I was flying the "dire straits" mission on the Persian Gulf Map. The first time I tried the mission I was admiring the lights surrounding me. I changed to NVG via the ground grew and all was awesome. The second time I tried the mission I thought why not change to the NVG in the mission editor setup before jumping on board. But here is the problem, after that when the mission started the lights in the cockpit and outside looked compared to before all wrong and horrible. I tried again without changing the setup and everything was OK again. Ciao Progo
  3. Hi, I am looking at the possibility of changing the LUA file instead of scripting in TARGET. I know a bit about changing the script in TARGET to change the HOTAS to my needs but is it also possible to change the LUA files other than with the control setup option within DCS? Is there a guideline around? I am looking for example to turn on two switches for batteries with one switch on the throttle. Thanks.
  4. Hi, Thanks for the replys. I attached a DXDiag output. I am running Freetrack, Tuneup and Avast Antivirus (which I will now turn off) Tuneup as well? It has a so called Turbo mode but to be honest I never really recognized any difference. I have tried all settings in Blackshark, low and high and it is almost the same, which confirms your statement that the CPU is the weakpoint and not the GPU. I thought it would be the driver, for this reason. But it makes sence as under normal flying the FPS is fine with everything high but when I play the "battle" mission or "Georgian War" Campaign than the FPS drops significantly. Cheers. DxDiag.txt
  5. Hi, I am new to this forum and first I want to say hello to everybody and thanks for looking. But I hope somebody might be able to help me or has the same problems. I bought a new XFX HD6870 and I hoped it would run Blackshark better as my HD 4650 but it seems to run the same. My FPS during flight are usally between 15 to 25 and with some action arround as low as 10. I am wondering what drivers you are using at the moment to get the best performance. I tried 11.9 and 11.10 preview 2 and 3 (both previews end up with a white screen error) I am at the moment running 11.6 but as I am saying I am not happy with the FPS. I am running a Windows 7 64bit with an AMD Phantom X3 processor and 4GB ram. Any ideas are much appreciated as I don't know what to do anymore and I hope I haven't spent the money for naught. Thanks Progo
