You may find the information in this thread useful: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=77691 Tl;dr: Wind data from the Mission Editor is in metres, has to be converted into feet/knots for the CDU, and other things besides. Also it seems that the CDU will only accept certain inputs for the altitude field.
