  1. That is good to know. It was always very sad to end a nicely done mission with a crash landing ;-(
  2. I see, thank you. How about these quick missons?
  3. Yes, this questions might appear rather silly ;-) When do I know that a mission is done? I am still learning this game and so I mostly play quick and easy missions like "Sitting Ducks" or the easy Quick-Mission. Lets take that quick mission: after destroying the convoy at Waypoint 6, the game leads me to the airbase. Am I supposed to land there and then "park" the plane? Does at any point pop up a "mission over" message so I know for sure I can end the mission?
  4. Hmm. I might have mixed TMS FWD and TMS FWD Long. Thought it had something to do with Area or Point instead of holding it. Thank you. I will try this out. //edit: yeah, that did. Thanks again. +1 Rep :)
  5. Hi, right know I am learning how to set selfmade SPI and how to adjust the Maveric to it. Setting the Maveric (or the TGP) slave to an already set point, for example the trucks in the easy quick mission, always works. My problmem is, that I am sometimes able to get everything right to set an own SPI via TMS Up and slave the Maveric to it. Mostly, the TGP sensor just resets while holdding China Hat FWD long instead of allign the Maveric the point. I dont know what causes that, further would I like to know a step by step description how to it right. Thank you.
  6. Nope, didnt help :-( Can some one tell me if the troubles between TrackIR 5 and the 64bit Version of A10-c have already been fixed?
  7. Yes, I think I do. Well, my account has administrator rights. Will try your second advice, thank you. Havent set anything beyond the guideline.
  8. Hi, I followed the instructions here: http://www.overclockers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=686800 to the point where the tracking is reconized in A10c ´s menu. Checking the axis prooves that the tracking is working. However, when I start the flight itself the tracking isnt doing anything. Any ideas? 9. Hey Guys. I know I had to take some trade offs. Of course I tried to adjust the deadzones, but they only cover the center and one slider jumped around on almost every position. And why spend money on something fancy you have to disable? For 150 Bucks (I am no pro-simmer, that ´s quite some cash in my eyes), I hoped to get something more satisfying. If I had taken the T.Flight instead, I could still say "well, its cheap at last".
  10. Hey Guys, I should have listened to you ;-) I bought a X52 Pro because I thought it would be a good solution between price and freatures. Yesterday, I tried it out with my new A10c. The stick showed some major annoyances that I could not stand: - I had two randomly jumpy axis that caused false input - the MFD is useless and gives buggy output - the most usefull profiles required Track IR - all the bright lights are rather silly - the MFD screen flickered - this game aint easy, you know ;) switching between three modi and a shift key doesnt help either My luck that I bought it from an amazon market place trader. At least I can return it.
  11. Thanks you your answers, and thanks to the mods for moving the topic ;) Right now, I am a little bit puzzled about the X52: the regular version should be grey-black with blue lights and the pro version should be all black with green lights, wich makes it much more appealing to me. Or am I wrong here? amazon.de just shows the same picture for both...
  12. Hi everyone, I am going to join the squadron ;) It is my first serious simulation since a long time and I dont own any equipment anymore. My plan is to try out this kind of game again. Since I dont want to risk too much money, I would like to know if the "T.Flight Hotas Stick X" is good enough for a start. If I am getting in, I would later get a "Thrustmaster Warthog" of course. Plan B would be to directly buy a "Saitek X52 Pro" and stick with it, but I heard it is very faulty. Is that true? Thank you.
