Ah you see that is what I was looking for. Thank you so much :). Does anyone know where I can find some very nice and comprehensive checklists? I know there is the list in the back of the manual but it isn't the best.

Alright then, Trimming is what I thought the solution would be. Sadly, once I start trimming something, I often find that I can't quite get everything centered again. Is there a way to recenter trimming to a neutral position

Hello Everyone,
I only place BlackShark in simulator mode, and have noticed that all the checklists say to have hdg hld on before taxi. However, this cause the rudder to try and maintain a certain heading (as it should), and it not necessarily best when trying to taxi to runways etc. Is there a revised checklist or procedure that I should be using instead? Thanks for all your help.

Very cool, thank you for the explanation :). I will see what I can get working. What are you using to pass the information to and from the ATmega16? Having the Lua write out to a text file that gets read in by another program?

Forgive me, but even after reading the wiki article, I'm still lost as to how to export data. I see how you can use the functions describe to obtain the information, but do you write that in your own script that gets run somewhere? Also, I'm pretty new with Lua so where do the scripts get run? Sorry for being so new at this.

It's my selfmade USB devices which is able to be controlled by the simulation using LUA commands.
This is exactly what I'm hoping to make, sadly my german is a little rusty, but I will have a good look. What kind of micro controller is being used to interface? A PIC or an AVR?

Hello Everyone,
I have been doing a lot of reading about how data can be exported from DCS Black Shark using Lua scripts. I installed Lua, and have done a fair bit of reading, but I'm still a little lost as to where to get started. I want to export data on LED indicators to either a usb HID device or a file or a serial port. Does anyone know where I can find information on how to do this? Thanks for all your help.

Hello Everyone,
I'm working on my own sim pit for the KA-50 and I am currently designing the I/O boards from the ground up. I have been doing a lot of reading into LUA and HELIOS, and using them to interact with in game cockpit. However, with the change over to DCS World and BlackShark 2 I am having a hard time locating the export.lua script and the other .lua files associated with BlackShark 2. Does anyone have an up to date resource I could look at it? Specifically, which export.lua is being used, how to edit it and pull useful information from it.
Ultimately I want to read the state of switches and LEDs from the game, and set switches and their positions according to some input from another script. Thank you for all your help.
