  1. It's Christmas and then New Years...LOL...Bit much egg nog prehaps??:) Between Christmas and New Years there are five (5) business days. Upon which every gameing company should be expecting a big influx of people trying to get their games up and running. There is no excuse for Tech Support not to have replied to these folks by now.
  2. Product was A10-C downloaded direct from DCS.

Have posted the following in Tech Support and as of this time, NO RESPONSE: After purchase of this product via DCS website, downloaded and installed, TWO of my gameing friends (mine worked just fine, even if I rarely have time to play) keep getting a Serial Number Not Valid error code. Both of these friends have repeatedly asked DCS to send them a VALID SERIAL number. These two friends have as of yet gotten a response (other than the automated message) from DCS. Both of these "Tickets" were sent 72 plus hours ago with no VALID SERIAL NUMBER being returned to my friends. They are now contacting their creidt card company to refuse the charges. It seems I may have made an error in judgement to reccomend this game to others without checking to see how the "support" section of this company stands up to scrutiny. As much as I have enjoyed playing Lock On Flaming Cliffs 2, With service and support like this, I find it hard to belive I will be buying any more products from DCS in the future. Untill support problem is resolved with downloaded invalid serial numbers, I can no longer recomend this game to others. Good Luck DCS
