OK so I just bought this game the other day and I was hoping to learn how to start an engine sequence, take off, etc. But the thing is every mission I start the engines are already running and I'm ready for take off. I don't understand. I would like to know how I turn this option off or where I get to decide when I get to take off from park or on runway. Please let me know. Thanks in advance.
