Thanks for the advice. I’ll have a look into the bindings. Also thanks for the Reece tip, I didn’t know that one

For some reason I can’t turn off the HMD in the F18. I turn the BRT dial to off and several seconds later it flicks on a quarter turn. I am fairly new to the Hornet but I have flown most of the training missions in the last month or so and I haven’t had any issues up until yesterday. This is happening in the standard training mission and other normal missions. I wondering if I have a controller / HOTAS issue

Hi FlankerOne - thanks for your quick reply.
I am not using the TARGET software with the warthog, just assigning the joystick buttons with BS. I have had a good look but I can't find anywhere within BS to create Macros. Any advice you can offer (even if it is the to use a third party utility) is greatly appreciatd

Hi everyone. I am having a problem configuring the Warthog toggle switches in BS. For example I have the EAC arm switch mapped to the Master Arm Switch in BS. When I flick the switch forward the MAster Arm switch 'arms' in BS, but when I switch it back nothing happens. I then switch it forward again and then the Master Arm switch will 'disarm'.
I believe the issue is that the controller (in windows) sees the ARM position as a key press (as in when toggled, it is as if I am pressing down on the key permanently) and when I move the toggle to the DISARM position this equates to simply releasing the key press.
I have just updated to the latest version of the Thrustmaster drivers and firmware, but that made no difference. I looked at modifiers etc within the BS config but there didn't seem to be anything to help there.
Maybe what I am asking is not possible, but I figured this was the place to find out.
Cheers.

Just wanted to let you know Harker was correct (thank you!) I had checked keybindings but I hadn’t checked Axis bindings. The BRT know was bound to the INCR/DECR slider on the throttle. Which is actually great because now I can easily use it. And also I know have the REECE button Bound as well, so thanks Ziptie. All in all an excellent result.
