Hi Guys (and Gals),
I know this one has been covered a bunch of times, but, I cannot get the throttles from 'Off' to 'Idle' to initiate the engine start. Unfortunately I lost the default key mapping, so RALT+Home/RCTRL+Home doesn't seem to start them either.
I have checked my dead zone, checked the calibration and generally run all of the other suggestions, but nothing is happening.
Can someone tell me exactly what key mapping I need to set to get it going? Is it:
THROTTLE LEFT UP
or
THROTTLE LEFT UP STEP
Or something else entirely?
Throttle works fine in normal flight (using Logitech Extreme 3D).
