Wow, I have to run this game on high textures and medium everything else and only get 35 fps at airports sometimes even 24fps, I have 8gbddr3 ram and the exact same card as yours Sapphire 1gb radeon HD 6870, it just shows how cpu intesive this game is. my cpu is a quad core and I only get 2.8ghz from my cpu. Sorry this was irrelevant but I am glad to know the problem is my CPU.
