As topic. I've only tried BS2 for about 10-ish hours, and I'm tempted to buy A-10 aswell. :music_whistling: However, I'm now wondering if I'll die as much in A-10 as I do in BS2. I've been flying sims for several years, but mostly FSX and IL2. I'm therefore familiar with the "type" of flying (and thinking!) I assume is neededfor one to survive on the battlefield. BS2 is another story though. I keep dying over and over due to the fact that I simply don't see the enemy launching at me, before it's too late. I'm therefore wondering if one has a bigger chance of survival due to the alitude and speed in a A-10, compared to the KA-50? :doh:

As topic. I've tried this mission FOR ABOUT FIVE HOURS NOW and I still die every time! Everything goes fine untill the offensive is past the bridge, where the blue forces have some sort of ZOMFGSUPER defense. The friendly forces keep following the road, and end up getting shot one at a time as soon as the pop up beside a hillside. This, without them shooting back whatsoever. Not a single shot before they die, one at a time. All the time! I run with labels on, and everything else in simulation mode - but I die every goddamn time before I even find the target labels! The blue forces have 3-5 tanks placed in a line behind a hill, and these (together with the ZOMFGALOT of AAA) further back makes my day short, so to speak. I've finished the whole "Deployment" campaign without any problem whatsoever, but this mission (which is the FIRST on the whole campaign!) is just too much for me. I'm therefore asking you guys for help and suggestions now. I've tried attacking from above the mountain, with the ridge as cover - but no go there - the TANKS shoot me down before I even manage to to target anything... Is this campaign or mission BUGGED, or is it supposed to be this way?! I've tried following all the waypoints aswell, but STILL get a mission fail if I RTB after pushing through beyond the bridge. HELP PLEASE?! :joystick:
