  1. I'd love to see the F-111 or the A-6. There's plenty of information on both available and they're amazing aircraft (in fact, I'd take either of them over their modern counterparts). The problem would probably be that they are very high workload two-seat aircraft.
  2. Two solutions: (1) As in MS FSX, the pilot flying presses a key command to relinquish control to the pilot not flying who must then accept control. Dual control, but not simultaneous. The roles are not fixed. When the PF relinquishes control and the PNF accepts, the PF becomes the PNF and vice-versa. This is a fairly standard procedure used in most two-pilot aircraft. Simultaneous control would be more challenging and not horribly useful (or realistic). (2) Consider the A6 Intruder. If we take a look at its cockpit (http://farm5.staticflickr.com/4102/4928078520_a55600702a_z.jpg) we see at the B/N station a joystick, but it is not a flight control stick, it is a control for the targeting system. In this aircraft only the pilot has flight controls.
  3. I would absolutely love to see two-seater aircraft. They would need to be aircraft where the roles are split (not F-14 or any of the trainer aircraft). I think great airframes for this type of play would be the A-6, F-111, or AH-1J/W. In addition to being great two-seat aircraft, I would rather have an A-6 than F/A-18 and I'd prefer an F-111 over an F-15E. As others have said, I would buy these aircraft even if they were mutliplayer only.
