I've tried the latest FRAPS but got 2 fps. I've tried LockOn's video creator (my preference) but in all formats all I get is a black (not blank) screen during record and playback. Before Radeon, I had a cheap AGP card that did, repeat, did get good video from LockOn's creator but the card played very slow, hence the Radeon. Fraps said it was my chipset needing updating but I think not.
Help! I really would like to make videos using LockOn's stuff.
P4 @ 2Ghz, 512 DDR dual ch times 2 = 1GB, Radeon X800 w/256MB w/2 monitors (1 disabled when playing), Win XP w/SP2, Saitek X45, FC 1.12a played at low graphics but I get good action at high graphics without heat blur or mirrors.
