What exactly do you use this for with DCS? Do you use their virtual LAN? Similar to Hamachi?

register on site
open the client
send friend request to your friends
make a party and invite friends
when everybody are in party evolve , launch DCS , go in MP , launch the mission and BOOM SHAKALAKA !

Doesnt matter my GPU i play DCS 4 year straight i always see contrails , missile and flares smoke normal
I play all LOW exept textures
Maybe a clean reinstall.....but.....is annoing

After the update i noticed that my contrails planes , missiles smoke , flares smoke....are not costant line of smoke but just little popping clouds , one after another in sequence.
I had make a repair but nothing
i have only installed:
no shadowtree mod , some skins and other things not related to the smoke effect.
i hope that i explain the concept

Problem: My Server does not appear in the master list, nor can anybody connect via IP.
I already opened the port 10308 on my router and my system's firewall. I checked three or four times if I really checked the 'public server' box. The direct connection via IP probably doesn't work because the server does not have my systems IP. Instead it sets up on some strange IP I do not recognize (maybe router IP).
I don't now what else could be broken or what I'm still doing wrong. Could somebody enlighten me? :smartass:
try evolve 1.0 , i never had an issue when i host from my pc with my friends

Yep is broken, I have freshened it up a little for DCSW v1.5x (new MIST,etc) to have some chance of working, but I can't fix the custom lua scripts.
I think it works for only the host - so you can fly it solo, but for multiplayer with other clients connected, they will not get the F10 radio options, smoke etc.

sorry maybe is broke but i dont see any blue smoke in the north of the airfield , and no f10 option

I haven't figure out how to to use the mod in the previus post but change the name of the folder season works

That is correct. Id suggest testing it with one month before moving on to the others. There is also a mod that was put out that adds an option to your GUI in game. I don;t remember the name of it though. It allowed you to pick which texture mod you wanted for each season. Give a look further down in the mods forum to see if you can find it.

Another thing you can do instead of selecting fall if you want to use the texture at all times for example would be to replace all of the files with the modded files. Simply changing the name of the new file to the old ones (spring, summer,fall, winter) etc will achieve this.
You mean simply in :
C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\_MODS\DCS Desert 3 by Starway\Mods\terrains\CaucasusBase\vfstextures
change the name of
LandTexturesAutumn
LandTexturesAutumnOther folders in
LandTexturesSummer
LandTexturesSummerOther
for example ?

To get it to work you must select Summer for your Missions.
Not summer but fall

Me too , i can see nothing now , ground targets with this ground texture are impossible to spot even with a tv sensor like shval and tgp , and air to air.......the planes are invisible , too too small to see even with zoom , nearly impossible to spot.

If there was only air to air going on, there would be no advance in the campaign.
And as it looks by now, blue side has captured all the north east of the red side bases.
Are you in the TS?
I suggest you join in as most of the coordination is done there, and both sides are trying to work together on a regular basis.

Play the Huey = make a 40/50min travel and than death from nowhere.
