Thanks mate. Actually I just found the user name the a10c was bound to... So problem solved. I unbind the serial then bind it to my main account. Please close this thread.

already checked. that's why i said it's not bound to my online store account. In that link only those purchased via digital download is presented.

The ticket has been sumbitted for weeks but no responce yet. the error msg is invalid series number and the boxed a10c is not binded to my online store account. the initial multiplayer login is supposed to be the binding procedure for boxed version so it's either sth wrong with this procedure or my a10c serieral number has been binded to another account(which could be the case but i can't recall when or what the account name is).
