  1. I figured out the Username and PW, but now I get a error message saying "Invalid Product Key" :helpsmilie::helpsmilie::helpsmilie::helpsmilie:
  2. Well I sent in the ticket on the 27th...just didn't expect it to take a week, is there a way for you to help me? Cause my friends really want me to join them.
  3. I haven't played A-10C in quite some time, and have forgotten my username and password for multiplayer. I entered what I believed they were, but nothing worked, so I tried to register again, using new information, and, of course, it said my serial number was already associated with another account. So, I initiated a ticket, # 16044, and am awaiting a reply. I've had issues with other platforms/games, and received a reply within 24 hours. I'm new to this forum, and am looking forward to any assistance I can get. Thanks! P.S. I also tried to send the password to see if that would help, I typed in every email I know, and nothing was ever sent to them.
  4. Yes, I have, with multiple email addresses, since I do not remember which one I used. No replies to ANY of the email addresses telling me it was reset.
