OK, thanks as of this morning my s/n has now appeared on the DCS Website under Payments/Orders. My ticket number is 16467. Better late than never. -

Well I've d/loaded Chrome (I use Firefox on the primary machine) and opened the DCS website with it on a second machine and still no s/n for the A10C. So unless I'm missing something it doesn't appear to be a browser issue with me. -

Thanks for the reply but no joy, I've cleared my browser cache (twice for good measure) and still no s/n for the DCS A10C. Come on guys, my Thrustmaster Hotas stuff arrived today, huge investment, and I'm burning to use it on the Hog. -

Does this apply just to Viprerrm64 or is it a general statement? I've checked my Payments/Orders History on the DCS webpage and no, there's still no s/n visible for the DCS A10C. The product is marked 'paid' and there is a transaction ID, in other words there is no change in the information that was given at the time of purchase last week. No s/n has been added! In contrast I do have the s/ns there for the other two products I have bought, namely P51D Mustang and Combined Arms. But they have always been there so again no change. So is it just Viperrm64 who has his s/n and if so do I infer that you are working you way through the ticked sequentially and sooner or later other people like myself will receive theirs? -

I deleted the A-10C folder and have now sucessfully activated the P-51D and am running it. Great! Thanks. -

I've got the same problem. I had a suspicion that resources were being applied to resolving the software problem on the issue of the keys rather than directly helping purchasers. The point is that this is becomming an important Sales/PR issue as well as a techy problem. Isn't there some way of issuing a temporary key to people like myself while the technical problem is being worked on? Reading the forum I think this has been done in the past in other instances. -
Thanks for your help Viper, I followed your advice on deleting the A-10C folder in the DCS World/Mods/aircrafts folder and I'm pleased to say it worked perfectly. I have now sucessfully activated the P-51D and am running it. Super! Thanks again.

A couple of days ago I purchased a copy of the A10C Warthog online from the Eagle DCS website. I didn't get a serial number for this either on the Order History web page or in the resultant e-mail. I understand that this is a known issue that Eagle are working on but nevertheless I feel pretty peeved (to put it politely) that I was not informed in advance that there would be this this sort of inderterminate (?) delay before I can use the product :mad:. Wanting to try something else I had a go at buying the P-51D this morning, this time the serial number appeared on the Payment Page of the website and the resultant e-mail. So far so good. Unfortunately after installing the P-51D software I am unable to activate the product because DCS World keeps on presenting me with the A10C WartHog Serial Number Entry/Activation Screen. I can't get past this to get to the P-51D Serial Number Entry/Activation Screen even when selecting a P-51D module eg. training. So to come to my question. If I were to uninstall the whole shebang, I don't think I can just uninstall the A10C, and then reinstall DCS World followed by the P-51D could I then activate the Mustang, or would I still be prevented by some residual A10C WartHog Activation Screen? Some advice would be appreciated on this together with an reasonable estimate of how long it will be before we get our A10C Serial Numbers.

Serial number issued this time The Good News - After not (yet) getting a serial number for my DCS A10C purchase it was with some trepidation that I had a go at buying the P-51D this morning, again from the same account on the DCS website only this time I used my credit card instead of PayPal. I don't know if this change of payment type was significant but this time the serial number appeared on the Payment Page of the website and the resultant e-mail. Very relieved. The Bad News - Unfortunately after installing the P-51D software I am unable to activate the product because DCS World keeps on presenting me with the A10C WartHog Serial Number Entry/Activation Screen. I can't get past this to get to the P-51D Serial Number Entry/Activation Screen even when selecting a P-51D module eg. training. So I await my DCS A10C serial number as patiently as I am able. -

I have the same problem with DCS 10C purchased online yesterday 26 Sept.' 12 - no serial number on email (only transaction code) and nothing on the website under 'Payments/Orders History only transaction code again. I understand from this forum that this is current (recurring?) problem. Best thing to do is put in a ticket. My ticket no. is : 16467 -
