ticket no 16172 Created: 04.09.2012 13:35:35 by *myself* key *edited original enquiry........ transaction id showing up in my account for lock on flaming cliffs 1.1 but no serial key. unable to install the upgrade due to my original pc and lock on key backup being stolen in a burglary!! please can you provide me with a serial key many thanks
