  1. Man! You guys are the best commenting group of guys ever. I really appreciate it...really really do. I'm so used to sharing videos with next to zero replies. Although I make them because I like to look at them, it's nice to hear when someone else appreciates the free show from time to time. So again...many thanks to you all!
  2. EvilBivol... Thanks for the reply. I'm running W7- 64bit. I have since figured out my problem. It was a bad FireVehicle.lua file. I replaced it with one from another mod and all is fine now. Thanks for your interest in helping.
  3. Many thanks guys! I really appreciate you guys taking the time to comment.
  4. - Man, do I love this sim! In just a few days of ownership, this has already moved to my most favored simulation in my PC arsenal. I love Huey's. Something about how they wrestle the air with the pulsating sound of defiance against the laws of gravity. The sounds in this simulation are so much fun to listen to. Now marry all that with rockets and the roaring Gatling Guns and it's trigger happy inducing mayhem! What a fun fun fun sim DCS Huey is! Anyway, here's my first video creation with this wonderful module to DCS World. :joystick:
  5. Love your stuff...especially since you like to share it!
  6. The huey module is fantastic, but it's crashing on me every game. It may be related to the Huey guns as it seems it crashes after a few minutes of using my weapons. Like I said it's happening every game. I sure hope this gets sorted quickly. Nothing more frustrating than having a good gun run, then bam, crash, game over. :( Here's the crash log, if it will help you guys sort out the problem. Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: dcs.exe Application Version: 1.2.4.11652 Application Timestamp: 517e62bf Fault Module Name: MSVCR100.dll Fault Module Version: 10.0.40219.325 Fault Module Timestamp: 4df2bcac Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 000000000003c02a OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: 9444 Additional Information 2: 9444712e80bd0f59759cfa1eb2f20c01 Additional Information 3: 0bbb Additional Information 4: 0bbb3cf36f9dde7c7f4b86b636f69fff I have tried new drivers and toned up and toned down options, but it still crashes.
  7. Actually you could reduce most of that snapshot ghosting & blurring by choosing "preview" rather than "best" when taking a screenshot. I know the "best" option is hard to not choose, but there is not much downgraded in the "preview" option as far as image quality in snapshots except for the fact it does help get rid of the ghosting/blurring we see in your shots.
  8. Night Fire Just getting started with DCSW. It's been a long time since I have had fun like this as my family and I have been "homeless" for the last two years and we are now finally back in our own place and I just got my PC fixed. Wow, Lockon has come a long way! DCS World/SU25T...Lovin it. Can't wait to save up some cash and get FC3 and A-10C!
  9. Yeah, I feel your pain man.
  10. Well, not quite... I can't load any DCS stock mission flights, but I can load up a created mission out of the editor. Weird, cuz it was loading just fine earlier today.
  11. Weird... even with the CameraTerrainRestriction tag changed to false it's still restricting the view. Grrr.
  12. Thanks. I'll give it another go... once I get passed DCSW now hanging on the loading screen that is. Was working fine an hour ago, now it can't get passed the final loading stage before mission.
  13. I'm trying to get a ground level view of my aircraft, but the view is limited to a few feet above the ground. Is there a way to remove the restriction in DCS world like LockOn? I have tried setting the cameraterrainrestriction = false in the server lua file, but I still can not get a low angle ground level view in external view. Is there another file I need to edit? Thanks
  14. That's a great shot...cool perspective!
