  1. This is something the cockpit builders would disagree on, I have a saitek trim wheel and its sitting useless with this module, please just pass the word on that it needs to work properly, thanks
  2. You guys are silly, you'll just have to tell everyone that complains what joystick to buy and what curve to use. :megalol:
  3. I have several joysticks including msffb2, the point is that if you add curve you have to hold the stick forward more!
  4. If you fly with no curve the plane is easy to keep the nose down, but if you add a curve you have to hold the joystick forward a lot more. A lot of people use curves for different reasons. Unless DCS is going to come out with a force feedback controller I think they should reconsider this feature or I don't think you will ever hear the end of it, not from me but from every new player who jumps in for a dogfight quick match and there plane does a backflip.
  5. If you add a 25 curve for your elevator axis and have an extended joystick you really have to hold the joystick forward a lot, so for us sitting at our pc the plane does not feel right, this sim should work for all joysticks. If you use a custom curve to keep the nose down the plane will tip over on it's nose after you land, Also the trim wheel does not work properly on an axis. I really hope this module is not finished because it's turning me off the whole sim.
  6. That may be comfortable for the pilot flying the real aircraft but what about us virtual pilots with joysticks without feedback? Also any word on getting a trim wheel to work on a axis?:joystick:
  7. Pilots were advised not to trim it above 463 kmh, not that it couldn't be trimmed for level flight above this speed!
  8. Why no comment from the Devs about trim axis function? Sure would be nice to hear something. Thank you
  9. Hi Yo-Yo, any word on trim working on axis? (Saitek trim wheel) Are these trim positions final or are we going to get a little more down trim? As it is now I trim full nose down for the whole flight and keep finding myself pressing the trim nose down button.
  10. Thank You for all your hard work:thumbup: You can hear the trim wheel spinning but it seems to have a big deadzone in the middle because after a few rotations it will begin to move. you can move the trim a little bit and you can see trim wheel moving but you need to pull it back to neutral position to get it to stop, if you want to go the other way you need to turn the wheel a few times then it will start to go the other way. you can only make the wheel move or stop like a lever. using Saitek trim wheel as the flap wheel does not work either acts in the same way.
  11. Yes "Saitek Cessna trim wheel" works fine with the p51
  12. Trim animation looks fine when using the buttons but not with trim wheel. Full forward trim just barely enough. Full back trim will make the plane do some really crazy stuff.
  13. I use a Saitek trim wheel and it's not working very well for me either, you can here the wheel sounds but no movement but then it starts going and won't stop, trim on a button works but are very sensitive and needs more down trim. Or is that how it really is on the 109?
  14. Thanks, found it in the mods folder
  15. I don't see fw190 in config view, server lua. files, I would like to change FOV to get rid of the fisheye look when zooming out and raise the pilots head to look through the gunsight for default snap view.
