I Think lilliput sells a openframe 7" display (uncertain If it is 4:3 or 16:9, but they are 800x600 unlikely they are 16:9) they are usb monitors and I think all lilliput's usb monitors are powered and signal through a single usb cable.

that does nothing for me atleast
I have the two latest campaigns and the new map uninstallable.
i start from the dcs utility (or shell) but it simply closes eveything when you select to do the install (any one) the firewall is closed.. but it doesn't matter, repair doesn't do anything it simply states it is fine... did a clean... removed some files but nothing major
the autoupdate log states ...
00001.481 STATUS: Preparing to install PERSIANGULF_terrain ...
00001.754 ERROR: Unknown module PERSIANGULF_terrain
00005.291 === Log closed.
The version is the latest openbeta 2.5.2.17xx.yyy

Actually Argonaut Software made a sim for the amiga in 1992 which among a lot of planes also included the viggen, unfortunately it was quite bad, more a action flight sim.

Hello
I've got a trouble with my Occulus DK2 on DCS 2.X
It's working well on 1.5 (realese and beta) but in 2.X the headset is not detected by the game.
The VR headset detection option is right activated and the Oculus runtime is the last (0.8)
Is there somthing else to activate the detection of the headset ?
The DCS_Update.exe (the default at install) program will not recognise a oculus rift HDM. instead start DCS with Run.exe

These are the major hotas that I know of
Saitek X-65f : the best of the bunch IMHO and I do own the next one too, best software as long as you upgrade it to the latest version's)
Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog : rubbish software which really does it no good (when will thrustmaster hire a programmer?).
Logitech G-940 : comes with pedals so the rather high price is actually quite good value.
Saitek X-52 Pro
Saitek X-52 : I don't think this is possibly to buy anymore?!
for pedals there is only one of really high quality
Saitek Pro Flight Combat Pedals
Saitek Pro Flight Pedals
Saitek Pro Flight Cessna Pedals (might be the same as the above)
Thrustmaster Pedals (but not available where I buy my stuff)
CH Products does some stuff like Pedals and Throttle stick (and a Cessna like joystick)
not familiar with those at all, seem's to be rather plastic.

hi guys,
I need to buy a joystick for fsx and some jetfighters but i am not sure which one to get thrustmaster hotas warthog or saitek x52 pro?
can you guys who uses these 2 units give me some feedback on using these 2 joysticks in FSX, which one is more suitable?
thanks
you do know that comparing the X52 and the warthog is like comparing apples and oranges IMHO a more appropiate comparison is X65 and the warthog they both use a similar technology (TM has opted for allowing some movement of the actual stick) are quite similar in price (at least where I live), but the x65 is more expandable (MFDs, radio control etc...) the X52 pro is NOT in the pro-flight range for a reason.
