Two months and nothing. I know independent developers are slower to provide support, but prior experience has told me that they do actually reply. Not any more I see.

Well, by now I would have requested a refund, but A) I had wanted this excellent simulator for ages & B) it was a gift via Steam. Even if it was not a gift, I would have more luck becoming the next U.S. president than getting a refund from them consumer rights violators.

Any info on the ticket? Am I still in a queue or just stumped?

Problem is that I have tried everything I can think of that may be a variable on my end. Switched keyboards, switched keymaps, disabled controllers, Steam vs download. Even re-mapping the keys to the AltGr key does not fix it but RAlt IS detected when I re-map them.

I am not sure how busy support staff are so sorry if this is a bit early after posting my ticket. Ticket #18347, posted 26.12.2012. All keybindings using RAlt are non functional. Related user support topic: http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=99454
