Hi Thank you for your reply. I bought the game at www.digitalcombatsimulator.com , in the site E-shop. I was already registered in a/m site, that's why I bought the game there. If is normal routine that the delivery process may take up to 28 days, for me is fine. As far as I receive some info that everything is ok and the shipment is running smooth, i'm happy :). My problem was that I paid and then I hv not received any feedback than just " status : processing" I wait then and if you have any news for me I'll appreciate Ciao Mersesia

Hi all as mentioned in thread title I hv purchased the DVD game box on dec.26 2012 at the e-shop. The problem is that after receiving the usual e-mail from Eagle.ru comfirming the purchase and after checking that on my paypal account the transfer of money was succesfull, nothing happened. The DCS payment link always shows "Order status : Processing....." I hv open a ticket too, but so far no reply. I understand that the dvd box is supposed to be sent from UK, as I live in Italy I believe that 15 days of shipment time is a little too long, even during christmas holiday. Anyone can help me on this matter ? thank you in advance Mersesia
