Photoshop. Look a the crappy shadow (or is it supposed to be reflection?? of aircraft in the water). Plus the water towers behind aircraft are not directly behind the plane, but a bit to the left of it, and also missaligned with the direction of flight. Imagine the same situation viewed from above...

As Tharos suggested: 1. Roll rate is TAS dependant, make sure your airspeed is near optimal one 2. Max. roll rate as listed in "sustained" one, this means, after you already roll with the fastest possible angular speed. But if you start from level flight, you have to angularly-accelerate to full speed, which can take twice as much time.

MiG-21 not even on the list?? Jet built in biggest numbers by far, operated by biggest number of countries, in operation for 50 years...
