  1. From my understanding, there were 3 products, BS1, BS2 Upgrade and BS2. If you purchased BS1 and didn't download the BS2 Upgrade, you have to buy BS2 with a serial #. I have BS1, do not have the upgrade but downloaded the current BS2, this doesn't work. I was informed of this from ED with my last open ticket. I can send the whole conversation with them if you'd like.
  2. Don't bother with a support ticket on this. Your only option is to buy a serial number for BS2.

  4. So, to upgrade from BS1 to BS2 i have to buy a key for BS2?? The Eagle Dynamics IT Team told me that they no longer offer BS2 Upgrade and that if i want to use Black Shark in DCS World I have to buy a BS2 key. SO, they offered it for some as an upgrade and not others??

  6. Wow, seeing this thread is truly disheartening as I have the identical issue. I have had a ticket request in since 1-03-2012 with no response: ticket# 18578 I have all information including purchase date (December 2008), activation# etc. Any idea when i'll get a response so I can re-download and install Black Shark onto my new PC? I've purchased everything from original Lock On to A-10C (which isn't installed yet because of waiting for this Black Shark issue). I know you guys seem to be trying to help but this is unacceptable to have to wait this long (over two weeks) with no response, AND while using your requested method of contacting you.
