  2. Join us here, we are waiting a reply and its been over a week ,and they have now have merged my ticket with another one that I dont know about, and closed the ticket without a response, so join the club this is getting worse..
  3. Right thats it they have closed my ticket and merged it with another ticket I dont know about on my account, so what the hell is going on up there, Im getting to the point now about writing letters to pcpilot and other magazines, twitter, facebook seems good..this is bad in my books..
  4. New Update its been 7 days and this is what I got From alena.yurikovskaya (Alena Yurikovskaya) at 29.01.2013 08:36:17 Your ticket has been merged with ticket #18890. THATS IT !! What the Hell And what the hell or who's ticket number 18890 ? its a older ticket number than mine..??
  5. Still no Reply Still no reply, if there busy surely a standard email to go out to there customers when asking for help just saying there busy, would put my mind at rest..that it is in hand and not left hanging waiting to play a game I purchased..
  6. Hi I have decided to reload BS but I have no activations left I must admit I didnt know I had to deactivate them to regain them, but due to some other errors ie HDD crashes and hardware upgrades I forgot really. please can you help. many thanks Wazza:(
