Jumping in here last week recorded with fps displayed at DCS rate of 40 to 50 at airfield and 80 to 90 in the air pretty much the same on shadow play, this week update and same mission fps down to 16 how did that happen something somewhere is sucking up frame rates either within my system or DCS slightly concerned as i have a rift turning up monday 2.0 is just fine 50 to 60 around Nevada and 80 to 100 elsewhere. Tir fair enough i can live with that change but fps hit is massive, so in short if op's cpu is allegedly falling short whats the problem with mine typo in sig ram should read 32gb apart from that thought i was pretty safe with my setup.

The problem i have with this is using 2 screens one ontop of the other and now the bezel runs right through the centre of the hud not very helpful that and thats in all aircraft except the huey which it ends up smack across the middle of cockpit glass making it very dificult to land smoothly, a simple check box will do to enable or disable.

2.0 all fine 1.5.4 view seems to be pitched up when track ir is enabled also pausing trackir displays message headtracking disabled

same here centres fine with tir paused but then back on it sits off centre

57inch Samsung 570DX 1920 x 1080 this is a display/advertising monitor silky smooth and crisp detail.

Have you calibrated your touch settings in win10 i had to do this from scratch again and tell it which screen was touch. Found in control panel hardware and sound you need to check pen and touch, and tablet and pc settings are all set correctly for using helios.

Despite some aircraft not having open canopies there are the likes of the mustang and other second world war aircraft coming up with sliding canopy's in which this would be a nice addition seen lots of footage with pilots landing and taking off with the canopy open still, surely the modern aircraft have some sort of fan system or aircon as well as heater without any air circulation that is going to be one nasty stink bomb for the ground crew.

Been out of the loop for a couple of weeks due to work load and just updated to current update but now it is tell me i have changed something with my PC and need to use one of lives for each module to activate them again. I can assure you nothing in my set up has changed so please explain this and has anyone else encountered this yet.

The only people that should be worried about data collection is the ones that have something to hide the low life scum that look and download sick pictures and videos of kids. One the hardest things to police is the internet and if signing up and agreeing to data collection with companies like MS, Intel, Nvidia, etc etc helps the authorities find and ween out these low life scum then i'll sign up cause i have nothing to hide. You can not get away from data collection, even if you don't agree to it someone is still watching and monitoring.

Neil is bang on thats what i was about to say in your Lua the centre is set to 1080 that needs to be the combined height of 2130 otherwise you are forcing it to just render the top 3 screens.

Yep was that the AriesRadio.dll i took that out and it stopped TS from crashing also stopped Aries from working to.

Just keeps crashing for me and causing helios to become non responsive tried installing both ways still no joy and this is on a clean install of dcs.

I have had success and failure using the leap motion, the success being it works rather well in the dark, however that becomes short lived when you have to get up in a hurry because your wife is stood on the door step in the rain, banging on the door. Ah yes i remember it well, why did i not hear the door bell must have been the blazing gun run that had my attention. Then i catch a glimpse of my phone screen lighting up in the dark, with those letters WIFE in bold------oh crap-----up i jump----forgetting the phone is plugged into tower and on the floor i trip-----headphones still plugged in, fall to the floor and catch desk on way down knocking cup of tea flying missing me by inches and the pc, now laying on the floor tangled in wire and in pain. And yes the wife was still banging on the door, got myself loose and ran to the door darling sorry i was in the bathroom and yes i have knocked my tea over so looks like you get that new carpet after all, phew got off with that one. So be mind full when becoming to immersed cover for all eventualities or it could cause injury and or financial expense lol.

Doesn't even work for me, i get both mfcd's flickering or just blocking my screen, no mod's running fresh install of dcs to. But i have learned in my quest that there seems to be some very close similarities with the kneeboard, controls indicator, cargo cam they all seem to share some sort of a common ground just haven't found it yet.
