So how do I get the newer version of Combined Arms? Do I have to buy each new version as they are releaeed?

I am having the ctd as most here so I reinstalled 1.2.3 DCS World. After the install I was able to fly With no problems. I installed my Combined Arms module which was version 1.2.0 and the ctd came back. Should I install a 1.2.3 version of Combines arms and if so How do I get that. When I bought Combined arms it was 1.2.0 I believe. Thanks for the help.
