  1. Another week and still no response. I think I'm done with DCS.
  2. So, they have even started issuing refunds to those who have paid twice, yet ED are still unable to respond to the support ticket I issued? They haven't even had the decency to send an email around saying the whole thing was a huge mistake! Meanwhile I've spent all week phoning up my bank, Paypal, etc. It's not free, you know! Not even an apology! Thanks ED, for ruining my week! :(
