Exact same issue as the op for me as well. Had it forever on steam.. just discovering DCS world. Hitting a lot of walls.

A-10C Purchased and Downloaded but does not install!

I am having this same issue. I have the steam version of dcs a-10 I installed dcs world, ran a-10 on steam to activate by training mission.. got the a10 file 1.2.4.12179_180.exe from website.. when i tried to install module got same error as the OP.
