I had same issue, but it seems to be resolved for me. I enabled thread optimalization, and set MAX FRAME to 1000 . Now, higher fps at high preset. averaging 60 fps on free flight syria with the f16,where as I was locked prior at 45 fps. No more cpu bound in red, instead gpu bound in green which makes more sense. i9-9900K , 2070 Super 8 gb, 64 gb ram, 2x1tb nvme
