Awestrike

I'm having the same problem with the armed speedboat. The boat stops about 0.5 to 2.0 miles from shore. At first I thought it was running out of gas. I tried cutting the trip distance in half and that didn't help. I tried reducing the waypoint speed and it still won't get close.
