Ok you guys probably never use easy radar so you may be having problems getting my point. Lets clarify. The A10 does not have radar, I agree .But there is an option, EASY RADAR, which can be switched on/off. Perhaps it is confusing calling it radar as it also affects targetting. Anyway I digress. I am refering to the panel that it used to target objects using mavericks. With easy radar switched on in the options it does not operate the same way as when it is unselected. When you play with easy radar unselected you see the targets using the optical or the ir seeker model when you target using mavericks. I understand this. However, with easy radar switched on the panel now shows nice little red targets for you to select and does not use the optical /ir seeker model. It's easier you see for beginners like me...
What my question is is this....
When playing a campaign, A10 for example. If I have easy radar selected it only shows the screen for targetting mavericks as it would appear if easy radar was unselected - the normal view when using mavericks. It does not seem to want to use the easy radar. However selecting the A10 fly option from the main menu with easy radar selected now shows the targets as little red objects. This is the easy radar. Can somebody please try this as it easier to see it than to explain it.
