Same as they eye issue. It cant be my screen when I can see it fine through my screen. It's dimmed out for some reason.

I don't think its my eyes when I can clearly see the HUD of another person. It's definitely my eyes when I can see their HUD clear at a lower resolution compared to the full rez of my screen.

http://postimg.org/image/i6xbyns1h/full/ The text is really small and barely readable from my 1600x900 rez. Also its very dimm. I was watching this video and I was able to read his hud easily, even at as low as 480p. Can someone guide me through how to fix this issue.
